I am a North Carolina Real Estate Broker working with Barnett OBX Real Estate and living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I previously worked as a Sales Associate and Broker with Sun Realty before joining Christi RE in August of 2012. Christi was a small real estate firm that emphasized personal service and step by step guidance through the purchase, sale or building of your personal residence, vacation home, or investment property on the Outer Banks. In January 2019, I started Barnett OBX Real Estate to continue these services with an even more personalized touch. The company's motto is "Every Client is Special". At Barnett OBX RE, every client will get the individual service that they deserve and expect. I will strive to do whatever it takes to provide that "personalized" service.
I began vacationing on the Outer Banks in 1972, which then led to investing in various types of properties in the area for the last 35+ years. Having worked and lived in the Northern Virginia area for most of my adult life, I obtained my Master of Science degree in Technology of Management from American University. After several years of holding computer programming, analyst, and managerial positions, I spent the last 30 years of my working career as the Director of Information Systems and Services for the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l.
My experience in technology and real estate, coupled with my familiarity of the Outer Banks, provides a unique combination of skills that will surely prove beneficial to our valued Barnett OBX Real Estate clients.
